I can't believe another year has gone by. 2010 was a trying year for a lot of us but we survived and the Lord, once again, blessed us continually with so many wonderful blessings and miracles, one of them being little Uzziah. He's the best thing that happend to me during 2010. Like every year, our family created dream boards on New Years' Eve. We stay home and cut out pictures and words from magazines of things that represent the goals we want to accomplish in the new year and paste them in a collage form on a poster board. I have strong faith in these boards, Matthew and I miraculously accomplished everything but two goals from our 2010 dream board. We kept our board in an area where we could see it everyday, which gave us motivation and faith to accomplish those goals. Some of them included: having a baby; Matthew getting hired with a close by company; purchasing a vehicle; saving on health insurance; getting a Wii, and much more. It's a real trip to go back and look at past years boards and realize how many things actually become reality. It's a tradition Matthew's family started when they lived in L.A. and going out on New Year's was too dangerous. I love it. This year we invited our neighbors (The Dobson Family) that moved in to our ward a few months ago. They are great we had a blast with them.
